Led by partner Prof Dr Michael Schlitt and counsel Dr Susanne Ries, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised M.M.Warburg & CO (Structuring Advisor, Sole Bookrunner and Sole Global Coordinator) on the placement of a hybrid bond of BayWa AG, which was issued on May 5, 2023 with an issue volume of EUR 60 million.
The bond is issued without a maturity date. It has a fixed interest rate which increases from the first early redemption date five years after May 5, 2023. The company intends to use the proceeds from the transaction for general corporate purposes.
