Our Capital Markets team has advised BofA Securities, as global coordinator, and the rest of the joint bookrunners (BNP PARIBAS, CaixaBank, JB Capital Markets y RBC Capital Markets), on the accelerated bookbuilding offering (ABB) carried out by the CEO and certain managers of Grenergy Renovables for the 5.5% of the share capital. The amount of the offering totaled c. €96 million.
