Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised private equity investor Maguar Capital, on its strategic partnership with Dutch HR consultancy Effectory B.V. to establish a European market leading company for employee listening services. The investment will be made by Maguar I Fund together with co-investors. The amount of the investment will not be announced.
