Hogan Lovells advised Korelya Capital, an investment fund co-founded by Fleur Pellerin and Antoine Dresch and backed by South Korean group Naver, on the signing of an investment agreement in Wallapop at a USD 840m valuation.
Founded in 2014, Wallapop is a Spanish virtual marketplace for buying and selling second-hand goods. It boasts a community of 15 million users. This operation will allow Wallapop to consolidate its position in Spain and expand into other markets, such as Italy.Â
