Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Italgas on the tap issuance of €350 million 3.125% fix rate due 2029, under its EMTN Programme.
The notes are governed by English law and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Alessandro Accrocca, together with associate Edoardo Minnetti and trainee Noemi Biagini.
