Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Farmacosmo in an intragroup reorganisation transaction aimed to transfer the business unit related to the logistics activity to Farmacosmo Logistics, a newly incorporated company-owned by Farmacosmo. The business unit will be transferred by way of in-kind contribution, and full release of a share issued in execution of a capital increase decided by the sole shareholder at the time of Farmacosmo Logistics’ incorporation.
The transaction is aimed at the optimization of Farmacosmo’s logistics process and at the creation of a highly specialized hub capable of providing logistics services to the entire Group.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Paola Barometro with support from associate Edoardo Pea and trainee Silvia Barbati.
