Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Aware Super on its investment in the new renewable energy platform Intera, launched by Palisade Investment Partners in conjunction with HESTA and Clean Energy Finance Corp. Aware Super acquired a minority stake in the new ownership vehicle whose seed assets are currently comprised of six wind farms in South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria, and a solar farm in Queensland.
Aware Super is one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds with AU$150 billion assets under management, committed to renewable energy and climate-solution opportunities.
