Norlake Hospitality is a real estate developer with hotels in the UK, Europe and the US. Archer Hotel Capital, which was established in December 2018, is a specialist European hotel investment vehicle jointly owned by affiliates of APG Asset Management and GIC.
The two Hoxton hotels, prominently located in the heart of London, will continue to be managed by global hospitality company Ennismore.
The cross-practice Herbert Smith Freehills team was led by corporate/M&A partner Siddhartha Shukla and real estate partner Jeremy Walden, alongside corporate/M&A partner Alan Montgomery.
