Leading international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills has advised China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited, and Macquarie Capital Limited as joint sponsors and underwriters of MedSci Healthcare Holdings Limited (02415.HK)’s mainboard listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
MedSci Healthcare operates one of the largest online professional physician platforms in China, providing physician platform solutions, precision omni-channel marketing solutions and real world study (RWS) solutions. According to Frost & Sullivan, the platform had approximately 2.9 million registered physician users as of 31 December 2022, and 2.7 million monthly active users in 2021. MedSci Healthcare listed on 27 April 2023.
