Leading international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills has advised China International Capital Corporation (CICC) as the sole sponsor of Neusoft Xikang Holdings Inc. (09686.HK)’s listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Neusoft Xikang developed China’s first city-specific cloud hospital platform, and has since expanded its network to connects local governments, medical institutions, patients and insurers to enable equitable access to medical resources and more effective and efficient delivery of healthcare. As of 31 March 2023, the company has the largest cloud hospital network in China in terms of the number of cities covered, according to Frost & Sullivan.
