Located in prime commercial setting, the new office is in consonance with the firm’s growth strategy of consolidating its practice at one centralized location. Under the joint leadership of Mr. Himanshu Goswami, former in-house Counsel and Legal Head at DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd, and Mr. Nishant Nigam, a litigator with multi-jurisdictional experience, the firm focusses on diverse practice areas such as Company Law, Corporate Advisory, Foreign Direct Investment, Cross Border Transactions, , Dispute Resolution including Alternative Dispute Resolution Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Real Estate Law, Employment & Labour Laws, and Consumer Laws.
A prolific speaker and an author, Himanshu is a seasoned attorney having diverse experience spanning over two decades, both as an in-house counsel in some leading global corporations, and as a practicing attorney. He focuses on matters concerning foreign investment into India, cross-border transactional law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate law and related corporate commercial litigation. Nishant, on the other hand, handles commercial arbitration, commercial litigation, intellectual property prosecution and litigation, and labour and employment laws—at variousHigh Courts and Supreme Court as well as tribunals across India. An alumnus of University College London, from where he pursued Master of Laws degree in International Arbitration and Litigation, Nishant holds multi-jurisdictional experience of working in Europe, South-East Asia and India.
