Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Peter Möhrle Holding and LR Pure Systems GmbH on the acquisition of the Biersack Group.
The acquired Biersack Group is one of the leading, established system suppliers in Germany, serving, among others, the automotive, aircraft and semiconductor industries, and in particular has modern machining capacities.
LR Pure Systems GmbH, based in Ditzingen near Stuttgart, specializes in the development of high-tech solutions for ultra-high purity (UHP) gas and fluid systems. The company offers customized solutions for industries such as semiconductors, pharmaceuticals and aerospace. With the acquisition of the Biersack Group, LR Pure Systems is now expanding its expertise in the field of machining.
Peter Möhrle Holding is the family office of the Peter Möhrle entrepreneurial family, based in Hamburg. Founded to manage corporate shareholdings, asset management and real estate investments, the holding company pursues the goal of long-term value increase and invests in both companies and real estate projects.
