Freshfields advises supervisory board of Just Eat Takeaway.com in the recommended takeover offer by Prosus

Freshfields is acting as legal advisor to the supervisory board of Just Eat Takeaway.com (AMS: TKWY), one of the world’s leading on-demand delivery companies, in connection with the recommended takeover offer by Prosus (AMS: PRX and JSE: PRX) in a transaction valuing Just Eat Takeaway.com at €4.1 billion.
