Global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (‘Freshfields’) has advised Razor Group on its acquisition of The Stryze Group, while also assisting with the parallel Series C extension financing round. With the Stryze Group, Berlin-based global e-commerce aggregator Razor Group has acquired a leading e-commerce player in Germany. Razor also received additional funds from a funding round led by investment firm Upper90 to drive its long-term growth and to expand its business model to additional geographies, e-commerce verticals and marketplaces.
