Freshfields is advising New York-based Ovation Travel Group on its acquisition by American Express Global Business Travel (GBT). GBT’s purchase of Ovation Travel Group includes all Ovation Travel Group brands, including Lawyers Travel. The existing Ovation Travel Group brands will remain in place.
