Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal adviser to Audax Private Equity portfolio company Beacon Mobility in its acquisition of Midwest Paratransit Services, a provider of paratransit services in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

This investment will further accelerate the organic growth of the company and realize synergies with its existing operations, while expanding Beacon’s existing paratransit presence in Minnesota. Midwest Paratransit Services marks Beacon’s 19th acquisition under Audax ownership.
