Foley Advises Six Pillars Partners in Recapitalization of Royalty Roofing and Majestic Facility Experts

Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Six Pillars Partners (“Six Pillars” or “SPP”), a Texas-based private equity firm focused on the lower middle-market, in its recapitalization of Royalty Roofing and its sister company Majestic Facility Experts.

Royalty is a leading provider of commercial and residential re-roofing and repair solutions that serves a diversified commercial customer base that includes national, multi-unit after-market auto retailers, quick-service restaurants and franchisees, cold storage warehouse owners and operators, and food distributors, among others. Serving as a natural extension of Royalty, Majestic provides its multi-unit national, regional, and local retail clients a one-stop solution for all their facility service needs with its large, proprietary network of technicians and trade experts based throughout the U.S.

Six Pillars is a people-centric private equity firm that relies on its core values to create positive impact and financial success. Specializing in working with businesses led by founders and managers who value their team just as much as their individual legacy, SPP seeks to create growth and increase value for all stakeholders.

The Foley deal team was led by partner Christopher Babcock and associate Arthur Vorbrodt and included partner Louis Wahl and associates Savannah Files, Blaine Fix, and Sherwin Yee, along with support from a group of interdisciplinary attorneys across several offices and diverse subject matters.
