Foley & Lardner LLP announced that Tamera “Tammy” Westerberg has joined the firm’s Litigation Department and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group as a partner in the Denver office.
Westerberg brings significant experience representing clients in all aspects of sophisticated and complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on navigating disputes in the Colorado market. She represents clients in high-stakes contractual disputes as well as competition-related issues, business ownership disputes, consumer fraud, employment conflicts, investigations, professional liability, oil and gas and energy transition litigation, and other business tort claims.
