Excellent Tips on How to Find the Perfect Nicotine Level for Your Vape

When you switch to vaping, it might be hard to get the right e-liquid level from the very start. It’s not quite the same thing that you were used to when it came to smoking – the nicotine level is mentioned in concentration, so you will need to learn some things – especially if you’re new to this.

We’ve written this article to give you the best three methods to see what’s the e-liquid level that you should use. Check out vape craft for the best juices on the market.

Body size base

This is the first method, and as you already read, it’s related to body size. The nicotine levels are static, but the sizes of the body go from extremely tiny – under 120 pounds, to huge – 300 pounds. Because of this difference in body size, 6 mg of nicotine is a light concentration and could have an effect on a smaller person more drastically than it could have on a large person.

So the recommendation is to weigh yourself first and also measure your height and body type. The more dense and larger you are, the more likely it is to get a higher nicotine concentration for your e-liquid. And vice-versa, if you’re tinier, you’ll probably want to lower the level of nicotine in your juice.

If you’re a past smoker – I’m getting a higher level of nicotine!

Smokers cannot live without their nicotine. There are many smokers that choose to vape so that they can stop smoking or become healthier. So, those people who have smoked before will have a higher tolerance to the nicotine levels that come with the e-liquid.

If you’re among those past smokers, you’ll want (is it need?) to start with a higher level of nicotine than a non-smoker would.

It doesn’t really matter the past vaping experience – you need to know that if you’ve been a regular smoker in the past, you will want a higher e-liquid level of nicotine, there’s really no point in trying to analyze the situation  anymore than that.

Check your device

It’s really important to take care of your device properly. Your device will determine what level of juice you should use.

Let’s take an example: you can use an e-cigarette for low and high levels, if you’re both a smoker (and you prefer a high level) and a newbie (and you prefer lower levels).

Vape pens and vaporizers generally aim for higher and the users are making the most out of regular and high levels. But, if you use a mod, it’s advisable to stay away from a high level. Mods are used for big clouds of vapor, so the amount of juice used for every pull is off the charts. This is the reason why vapers get more nicotine into their system than any other device. So, mods will remain with lower juice levels to be able to compensate for how much they’re using.
