The Corporate and Competition Law and Policy(CCLP) book is the first of its edition that is to be launched by the committee of CCLP in Damodaram Sanjivaiyya National Law University.

With a fully-supported peer review of manuscripts and a collaborative review and publication process, we remain committed to encouraging and enhancing the quality of student scholarship.

Further the book will be published under an established pubishing house will hold an ISBN number.

TOPICS FOR REFERENCE

The submissions may fall under any of the topics given below, and are not restricted to the given topics. Any topic of recent prominence is encouraged.

Corporate Frauds;

Corporate Governance;

Corporate Liability;

Regulation and control of securities market;

Role and Responsibility of Directors;

Mergers and corporate takeovers;

Anti-trust or competition laws;

Changing dynamics in Corporate and competition law;

Amendment of leniency regulations;

Exemption of Merger control for RRBs;

Non-compete clauses.

The above given topics are not restrictive, and are only for reference. Any relevant topic is encouraged.

FORM OF SUBMISSION

Submissions may be in the form of:

Articles (7500 Words and above, including footnotes);

Critical Analysis/Essay (5000-7500 words, including footnotes);

Case Comments (2500-3500 words, including footnotes);

Legislative Comments (1500-3000 words, including footnotes);

Book Reviews (1500-2500 words, including footnotes).
