DLA Piper welcomes associate Luther Mourinet to the Montreal office

DLA Piper welcomes Luther Mourinet to the firm’s Montreal office in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group.

Luther practises civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on contractual and commercial disputes, class actions, and real estate matters. His work includes legal research and analysis in complex files, drafting pleadings and opinions, and assisting in strategic representations before courts and tribunals.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Luther articled at a national law firm and completed a legal secondment with a major financial institution, where he gained experience in civil and commercial disputes as well as employment law. He received his J.D. and B.C.L. from McGill University.
