Global law firm DLA Piper has appointed Caroline Hoste as a new Finance, Projects and Restructuring Partner in its Brussels office.
Caroline, who has most recently spent four years as Counsel in a full-service domestic firm, joins DLA Piper’s global FPR team with extensive experience advising on international finance deals, and government and sponsor-led PPP, acting on Belgian law issues opposite and on behalf of a number of high-profile international firms. In addition to her core expertise in Projects, Caroline has a respected profile in real estate finance, direct lending, export finance, asset based lending/receivables financing, bond loan agreements, acquisition finance and leveraged finance in general.
