DLA Piper advised PROS Holdings, Inc. (PROS), a leading provider of AI-powered SaaS pricing and selling solutions, in entering into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction for $23.25 per share or approximately $1.4 billion.

The DLA Piper deal team was led by Partners John J. Gilluly III, Jeffrey Scharfstein, and Brent Bernell (all Austin).
