
DLA Piper advised private equity firm Milton Street Capital in the US$1 billion sale of Purge Rite Intermediate LLC (PurgeRite) to Vertiv Holdings Co.
PurgeRite is a leading provider of mechanical flushing, purging, and filtration services for data centers and other mission-critical facilities. Vertiv is a provider of power, cooling, and IT infrastructure solutions and services that extend from the cloud to the edge of the network.
Under Milton Street Capital’s ownership, PurgeRite expanded its engineering capabilities and service footprint, supporting liquid cooling systems used in high-density computing and AI-driven environments. The acquisition will allow Vertiv to enhance its thermal management services portfolio and further develop digital infrastructure solutions.
