DLA Piper advised Barings, in a joint venture with Panattoni, in the real estate investment for the purchase of properties from Saint-Gobain, envisaging the future construction of a sizable logistics park with a total area of 85,000 square meters in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.

DLA Piper assisted Barings in the Due Diligence to the properties, in the execution of the promissory sale and purchase agreement, and in the final sale and purchase deed, alongside with Panattoni.

The project involves the acquisition of a 210,000 square meters’ land located in Santa Iria, for the construction of logistics buildings, which will be one of the major logistics parks in Lisbon Area.
