Dentons has welcomed highly experienced ESG litigation and regulatory lawyer Alex McGregor to its Disputes team in London. Alex joins the firm as partner from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in the UK, having started his legal career in Australia.
Alex is an experienced litigator and has acted for a range of FTSE 100 and multinational companies, primarily in the energy and resources, manufacturing and technology sectors, involving product liability, consumer protection, regulatory and environmental issues.
He has advised on some of the most significant recent English High Court proceedings, cross border disputes and regulatory investigations, as well as supporting on various transactions in these areas. He also spent time on secondment to one of the world’s largest energy companies, a major consumer goods client and a multinational metals and mining corporation.
