Dentons Paz Horowitz incorporates new partner for its Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships area

Gabriel Solís Vinueza has joined Dentons Paz Horowitz as a new partner, strengthening the firm’s Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships practice.

With more than 13 years of experience in the field, Gabriel professional practice focuses on public-private partnerships, infrastructure, banking and corporate law and arbitration.

Gabriel offers services in a variety of areas of expertise, in addition to having the necessary skills and knowledge to advise financial entities on regulatory compliance with control agencies’ standards. He was a part of the approval of transformation and authorization of operations of the country’s largest financial entities. In securities-issuance processes, he has also advised on the issuance of reports from bondholder representatives.

Prior to joining Dentons, Gabriel served as General Counsel for one of the largest highway infrastructure construction groups in the region. He participated in processes of structuring, adjudication, financing, public-private associations, and concessions of important projects in several countries such as Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. He has also provided support in bidding processes and contractual execution.

Gabriel describes his move to Dentons as a strategic career decision. “After serving as legal counsel in various infrastructure and project financing processes such as concessions and public-private associations in the region, this new path in Dentons allow me to contribute with experience and exceptional service to the development of a variety of transactions for our customers.”
