With over 25 years of legal expertise spanning Europe, the US, and APAC, Eva brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm.
Admitted to the legal attorneys Bar in Poland, registered as a foreign lawyer in Vietnam, and licensed as a special legal consultant in the District of Columbia, US, Eva’s credentials are a testament to her dedication and proficiency in the legal field. She holds a master’s degree in law from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC, US.
Having practiced in Vietnam since 2019, Eva possesses a profound understanding of the intricacies of international transactions. Her transactional experience, combined with her strategic approach and problem-solving skills, makes her an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.
Eva’s diverse expertise spans multiple industries, including energy, banking and fintech, logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, pharma, and digital services. She has worked extensively with multinational clients in the acquisition and development of wind farms and photovoltaic projects.
In addition to her M&A and project finance specialization, Eva is adept in data privacy law under both GDPR and APAC frameworks, including the latest Vietnamese data protection regulations.
Prior to joining Dentons LuatViet, Eva was a partner at the international law firm based in the Washington DC and a partner at PwC Legal in Vietnam, PwC CEE, and PwC in Poland.
