Dentons Link Legal Represents AU Naturel Beauty in Trademark Dispute; Secures Relief from Delhi High Court

Dentons Link Legal is representing AU Naturel Beauty Private Limited before the Ld. District Judge, Commercial Courts, Tis Hazari West, Delhi and the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in a trademark dispute under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

The case arose following an ad-interim ex-parte injunction Order passed by the Commercial Court against AU Naturel Beauty, restraining the company from selling and marketing its cosmetic and beauty products under the brand name “NEUDE.”

Our firm successfully challenged this Order before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. The Court was pleased to modify the injunction, allowing AU Naturel Beauty to continue the sale of its products under the brand “NEUDE.” Furthermore, the Court directed that the goods of AU Naturel Beauty be immediately de-sealed from the warehouse of the manufacturer. The matter has also been referred to mediation to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement.
