Dentons Link Legal advises promoters of Navkar Corporation on sale of majority stake to JSW Port Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure Limited

Dentons Link Legal advised and assisted certain promoters and members of the promoter group of Navkar Corporation Limited on the sale of 70.37% shareholding of NCL to JSW Port Logistics Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure Limited.

Both Navkar Corporation Limited and JSW Infrastructure Limited are public limited companies having their shares listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

The transaction has triggered a mandatory open offer by JSW Port under the provisions of the Takeover Regulations constituting 26% of the voting share capital of Navkar Corporation Limited.
