Hanafiah Ponggawa & Partners (“Dentons HPRP”), a leading law firm in Indonesia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mika Isac Kriyasa, S.H., M.H. as a Partner of the firm effective from 1 July 2022.

Having extensive knowledge in technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), Mika has helped with many transactions and provided legal advice for companies in the related sectors, both domestic and international companies. Other than the TMT sector, Mika also has extensive experience in Data Privacy, Banking & Finance, General Corporate and Investment. To enrich his interest in technology, data privacy, and finance, Mika is active as a member of the Indonesian Fintech Association (Asosiasi Fintech Indonesia).

Mika graduated from the University of Indonesia in 2002 and obtained his master’s degree in 2018 from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), majoring in Master of Law in Trade, Investment, and Competition Law and Policy in a program which was jointly developed by UPH and the World Trade Institute at the University of Bern. He has also graduated from the Level A & B Tax Brevet Course in 2004 from Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia.
