Zoya has been with the Firm since 2008 and has had an outstanding professional and academic development and performance. She is a former Fulbright Scholar, holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from New York University NYU and has diplomas and specialized courses in antitrust, compliance and arbitration.
Her practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, with special emphasis on prevention and compliance programs, as well as representation and defense in administrative litigation, particularly in antitrust matters, for which she is highly regarded in Bolivia.

She has also been invited as a lecturer at important universities, both for undergraduate and postgraduate program, and has received invitations to give national and international lectures in her areas of expertise.
