Dentons has advised Interpierre Europe Centrale, a fund managed by PAREF Gestion, a part of PAREF Group, on the acquisition of the MAN Truck & Bus Center warehouse in Małopole (located near Warsaw) from 7R. This is the first transaction of this French fund concluded in Poland, which is in line with the company’s investment strategy whereby the company plans to acquire assets occupied by high-profile tenants with long lease agreements.
MAN Truck & Bus Center is a modern building, offering 2,510 sq. m. GLA comprising servicing area with car wash and 2-story office space. It is fully leased to MAN Truck & Bus Polska – sales and service division of the heavyweight vehicles manufacturer from Volkswagen group.
The property is located in Małopole, about 35 km from the center of Warsaw, in the immediate vicinity of the S8 expressway.
