Dentons is pleased to have advised a consortium comprising the Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (TAEF) and Zamil Group Investments Company on its strategic acquisition of a 60% stake in Metito Utilities Limited. Metito is a globally recognised provider of water and wastewater management solutions, with operations spanning the MENA region, Africa, Eastern Europe and China.
This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the consortium’s strategic expansion into the water and wastewater management sector, reflecting its commitment to sustainable development and infrastructure enhancement across key regions.
