Dentons has advised private equity firm KSL Capital Partners, LLC (KSL), a leading investor in travel and leisure businesses, on the sale by affiliates of KSL of hotel owner, operator and developer Village Hotels to funds managed by Blackstone Real Estate.
Village Hotels owns and operates 33 well-located assets in large regional cities and suburban areas across the UK. Representing 4,400 keys, it operates as an âall under one roofâ leisure destination, offering traditional full-service hotel stays, fitness clubs, food and beverage outlets, and co-working spaces. It caters to domestic business travellers, tourists, large groups and local visitors.
Dentons previously advised KSL on the acquisition of Village Urban Resorts from the De Vere Group in 2014.
