Global law firm Dentons has advised Hanseatic Energy Hub in relation to the Shipper Agreements which set the conditions for the access of shippers to the LNG-terminal of Hanseatic in Germany.

The first land-based LNG terminal in Stade in Germany will play a crucial role for the future security of gas supply and therefore energy independency and energy transition in Germany. With a total capacity of 13.3 billion cubic meters per year and a total investment volume of approximately €1.6 billion, the Hanseatic LNG-terminal is a milestone for the German energy market.

This project shows Dentons’ strong footprint in the LNG market, based on solid knowledge of the international LNG-market, the German regulatory regime and the seamless interaction between Dentons UK and Dentons Germany.
