Global law firm Dentons has advised EPAM Systems, a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company, on its acquisition of ENGINIETY, a full-service commerce technology delivery firm, with a specialization in SAP Commerce Cloud capabilities.
The acquisition of Poland-based ENGINIETY further expands EPAM’s capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions for designing and building sophisticated commerce platforms.
This is the third transaction in the last 12 months in which Dentons has successfully assisted EPAM Systems, following last year’s acquisitions of PolSource in Poland and Optiva Media in Spain.
Dentons’ core team included Warsaw-based partner Aleksandra Minkowicz-Flanek (Head of Employment), managing counsel Marcin Paliwoda (Corporate and M&A) and associates Monika Wilczak, Karolina Dobrowolska (Corporate and M&A) and Maria Szczęsna (Employment).
