Global law firm Dentons advised DRI, the EU renewable energy arm of Ukrainian energy group DTEK, on the acquisition of a 126 MW solar park project in Văcărești Dâmbovița county, Romania from local developers.
This is DRI’s third renewable energy project in Romania and another step towards its goal of achieving 1 GW of renewable energy in the country by 2028.
Dentons advised DRI on the due diligence, structuring of the transaction, drafting and negotiation of the transfer documents, FDI clearance, as well as on the signing and closing.
