Dentons has advised DRFG Investment Group, a Czech commercial real estate investor, on the acquisition of the Signum Work Station office complex in Warsaw managed by Cromwell Property Group, an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The transaction is a part of the client’s long-term strategy to expand its presence in the CEE region.
Signum Work Station (also known as Trinity Park III) is a modern 7-story A-class office building, a part of the Trinity Park complex. Situated at 49 Domaniewska Street, the property offers approx. 32,500 sq.m. of modern office space and 880 parking spaces. Location of the complex in the business part of Mokotów district let the tenants reach the Fryderyk Chopin International Airport in 10 minutes and the city center in 15 minutes.
Signum Work Station was completed in Q2 2009. Its sustainability is evidenced by the BREEAM certification at a very good level and by a green building certificate.
The deal was led by partner Piotr Staniszewski and senior associate Kamil Igielski with the support of associate Kamil Gapski. Managing Counsel Tomasz Krasowski advised on tax aspects of the transaction.
