Following the reorganization proceedings for Dalloyau Group, a symbol of French culinary excellence since 1682, the Paris Commercial Court ruled on October 29, 2024, to approve the transfer plan of the businesses and assets of Dalloyau SAS, Dalloyau Boulogne, and Dalloyau Production to Potel & Chabot. Established in 1820 and a subsidiary of the Accor Group, Potel & Chabot is a renowned player in French gastronomy.
This transaction will enable Dalloyau to continue operations across all sales points and secure the employment of its 144 employees, while preserving its legacy in the culinary world under the ownership of Potel & Chabot.
Dentons’ Restructuring team, led by Partner Audrey Molina and supported by Associate Tristan Fresne, provided Dalloyau with strategic legal guidance at every stage of this significant transaction.
