Global law firm Dentons advised Crestyl on the €130 million (approximately CZK 3.3 billion) refinancing of the “Dock In Office Park” complex in Prague by German banks pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Helaba.
Dock In Office Park is part of the Dock project located in Prague’s Palmovka area, along the Vltava river. It consists of four modern Class A, multi-tenant office buildings which were completed between 2013 and 2020. The fifth building is currently under construction and expected to be completed in 2022. The whole area offers a total of 85,000 sq.m. of office space and 8,700 sq.m. of retail space. Its tenants include leading companies such as Publicis Group, Saint-Gobain, Henkel, Hornbach and LEGO Trading as well as Crestyl Group itself.
Evan Lazar, Co-Chair of the Global Real Estate group, and Daniel Hurych, Co-head of the Banking and Finance group in Prague, led the Dentons team, supported by associates Ondřej Valeš and Eva Klímová.
