Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, advised Corwin, a Slovak real estate development group with a passion for sustainable architecture, on the sale of the Blumental office building to Czech-based real estate fund ZFP Investments. The transaction is one of the largest in Bratislava’s office market so far this year. The parties have agreed not to disclose the deal value.
Blumental is a class A office project that has breathed new life into the area on the border of Bratislava’s Old Town and the historical suburb of Blumental. The administrative center offers 21,597 square meters of leasable area, which includes more than 16,000 square meters of office space and almost 3,500 square meters of retail space. One of the most environmentally friendly buildings in Slovakia, it was awarded the LEED Gold environmental certification.
