Dentons advised Ciklum, a global experience engineering firm, on its acquisition of GoSolve Group, a cloud-native software development company specializing in Go programming language, cloud modernization, high performance computing and DevOps. The transaction strengthens Ciklum’s global footprint by bringing in over 150 employees while also cementing its ongoing growth within the US market.

With a workforce of more than 4,000 people, Ciklum creates digital products and exceptional customer experiences for more than 250 clients globally and has built a strong track record in next-generation product engineering and cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

GoSolve Group, headquartered in San Francisco, has a global team of more than 150 people, located primarily in Poland and India, offering comprehensive Go-based development functionalities.

Dentons’ cross-border team comprised lawyers from the US, Poland, and India. Partners Benjamin Spira and Jane Meyer led the Corporate and M&A team, with support from managing associate Seth Abrams, as well as partner Piotr Dulewicz and counsel Bartosz Juszczak from the Warsaw office. Dentons Link Legal partner Ambuj Sonal, principal associate Tanvi Pande and senior associate Sweety Dutta advised on the Indian aspects of the transaction, and principal associate Meghna Punjabi advised on the employment aspects.

“We are delighted to have supported Ciklum on this strategic acquisition, which reinforces its expansion in key global markets,” said Benjamin Spira, partner in Dentons’ New York office. “The transaction demonstrates Dentons’ ability to deliver seamless cross-border legal advice across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.”

“Having advised Ciklum on acquisitions over the years, it’s been a privilege not only to witness their continued growth and success, but to accompany them on this journey,” said Adam Mycyk, partner in Dentons’ Kyiv office and client relationship partner for Ciklum. “It’s always exciting to introduce colleagues across our global platform to such a dynamic and forward-looking client. This transaction is another great example of how a relationship that begins in one office or jurisdiction can grow into a seamless cross-border collaboration, reflecting both the strength of our client relationships and the truly international reach of Dentons.”

“GoSolve’s team brings deep technical expertise and a strong cultural fit with Ciklum,” said Anna Ryzhova, General Counsel of Ciklum. “We are grateful to Dentons for their trusted support throughout this complex, multi-jurisdictional process.”
