He has solid experience advising international clients on commercial and condominium developments, secured lending, and zoning and planning. Dario is also well-equipped to assist clients with land acquisitions for renewable energy and medicinal cannabis purposes.

He has advised international clients on M&A in addition to corporate taxation, especially in relation to issues of international double taxation and the exchange of information treaties.
