Dentons announces today that Daniel A. Schnapp has joined the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology (IP&T) practice as a partner residing in the New York office.
A trial lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience, Schnapp handles high-profile matters involving claims for copyright and trademark infringement, counterfeiting, unfair competition, false advertising, trade dress infringement and defamation before federal and state courts and arbitration forums, as well as art litigation. Schnapp also has significant experience handling merger and acquisition litigation, defense of class actions, international arbitrations, securities cases, closely held company and partnership disputes and other high-profile matters for companies and individuals across numerous industries, including entertainment, music, media, art, fashion, technology and financial services.
