Mr. Vijay Pratap Singh Chauhan has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in the Competition/Antitrust Practice. Vijay has more than 12 years of extensive experience and has practiced competition law since its early days of enforcement. He has advised a number of domestic and international corporates, law firms on a range of competition law matters. He has been involved in strategizing, drafting, and filing merger control notifications with the Competition Commission of India for several high profile global as well as domestic M&A transactions, and has represented clients in some of the major cartel, bid rigging, and abuse of dominance cases before the competition law authorities in India.

He is a 2008 post-graduate (LL.M.) from NLSIU, Bangalore and is based in New Delhi.
