Ms. Manasvini Raj is re-joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in its Financing Practice. She will be based in Mumbai.
Manasvini has over 11 years of experience in advising lenders, multilateral institutions, export credit agencies, sponsors, investors, borrowers and contractors. With a specialization in project finance, structured finance, project development and M&A in the infrastructure and energy sectors, she has led high-value deals and cross-border transactions across Asia, Middle East, Australia and North America.

Manasvini had joined erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co., Mumbai office in July, 2010 after completing graduation from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and was with the firm till June, 2017, after which she went to pursue her LL.M. at Stanford Law School. Thereafter, she worked at White & Case, LLP in New York for almost 2 years. In March 2020, she returned to India and joined International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group as Counsel in their Asia legal team.
