Clifford Chance announced that Florence Aubonnet is joigning the firm’s global Employment practice as a Partner in the Paris office.

Florence Aubonnet mainly advises international and French corporations and investment funds on employment law, intending to set up, acquire or restructure a business in France or facing sensitive issues.

Her areas of expertise include all employment law aspects, with a focus on the context of restructuring, outsourcing and mergers and acquisitions. She also specialises in the creation of special negotiating groups and of the European Works Council, notably in the event of the establishment or transformation into a European Company (SE).

In her litigation practice, Florence Aubonnet represents international and French groups before the French Courts in high-risk collective or individual disputes.

Florence Aubonnet holds a degree in Private Law from the Sorbonne University and was admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2000. She became a Partner in Flichy Grangé Avocats in 2006.

At the same time, she lectures employment law to the Master 2 in Business Law of the Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, focused on employment issues linked to business law. She is also a speaker at the EFB (École de Formation des Barreaux) and co-chairs the employment law open commission of the Paris Bar.

Florence Aubonnet’s arrival will reinforce the Paris Employment team, which is headed by Partner François Farmine, and composed of 2 counsel and 5 associates.
