Leading international law firm Clifford Chance today announces that Benjamin de Blégiers will return to the firm as Partner in the Corporate / Private Equity Group of the Paris office. He will also assume the role of Co-Head of the Infrastructure Practice, alongside Toby Parkinson, based in London.

Benjamin de Blégiers specialises in Private Equity and M&A operations and has, in particular, unanimously developed recognised expertise in the infrastructure sector. He advises investment funds, insurance companies, pension funds and other long-term investors in their most complex corporate finance operations, in France as well as internationally.
