Clifford Chance strengthens its Employment & Pensions practice with the hire of Astrid van Ommeren as Counsel in Amsterdam

International law firm Clifford Chance welcomes Astrid van Ommeren as Counsel into its Employment & Pensions practice in Amsterdam. Astrid joined Clifford Chance in 2022 (on an interim basis) and brings over 20 years of experience.

Astrid has extensive experience advising multinationals and investors on their strategic and high-profile employment matters, such as board room advice, remuneration, reorganisations, investigations, diversity & inclusion, litigation and the employment aspects of M&A transactions, including negotiations with works councils and trade unions, pensions and incentive plan design.
